2023 Belt and Road Forum for Language and Culture Collaboration

To commemorate the 10th anniversary of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), the Inaugural Meeting of the Belt and Road Languages and Cultures Network and 2023 Belt and Road Forum for Language and Culture Collaboration will be held in Beijing on October 16th. 

The Belt and Road Languages and Cultures Network, proposed by China Daily and other language and culture organizations, is dedicated to using language as a pathway and culture as a bridge to promote people-to-people ties so as to broadly support the outcomes of the BRI. About 120 academics, including language experts, will take part in the event, 40 of them from outside China.

Attendee
University leaders, language educators, as well as experts, scholars, and teachers engaged in language education and culture exchange, are all welcome to attend.

Registration and Participation
The conference does not charge any fees. Participants are responsible for their own transportation, accommodation, and other expenses. 

This conference is by invitation only. Please scan the QR code to fill out the registration form. An invitation letter will be sent via email after approval. 

Members of the Belt and Road Languages and Cultures Network who have already received official invitations do not have to apply.

Registration will be closed on September 30th  (on-site registration will not be accepted).
